Alcorn Construction recently started construction on Encompass 53 in Centennial, Colorado. The project will add 53,515 square feet to the Encompass Business Park and is slated for completion in Q2 2025.
Encompass Business Park represents more than 60 acres within Dove Valley, with space designated for industrial, flex, and office buildings. As the latest addition to the park, Encompass 53 will be able to accommodate tenants of many uses and sizes. The warehouse will be equipped with four drive-ins and 12 dock-high doors, column spacing at 26’ x 30’, and a 24’ clear height, as well as an ESFR Sprinkler System and 1200 amps / 480V power.
Encompass 53 will be the fifth building that Central Development and Alcorn Construction have partnered on in the Encompass Business Park. A sixth building, Crestone II, will eventually be constructed on a site just north of Encompass 53.
