Dove Valley, Colorado, is a unique spot in Arapahoe County, part of the Denver–Aurora–Lakewood metro area. It offers a nice mix of city and suburban living, with many folks renting their homes. The area is lively, with plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks to enjoy. It’s also a major business hub, home to the Denver Broncos’ headquarters and training camp, as well as Centennial Airport. The community is growing, with new industrial developments popping up throughout the area.

Throughout our 16-year history, Alcorn has built a number of projects in and adjacent to Dove Valley, totaling more than 1.3 million square feet. One of the developments Alcorn Construction has built in is the Encompass Business Park on the northern end of Dove Valley. In total, we’ve constructed more than 476K square of space in the development, with four buildings completed. And we’re in the process of building a fifth building – Encompass 53. Once finished, the park will boast nine buildings with more than 750K sf. These light industrial, tilt-panel buildings include store fronts, along with warehouse space and dock doors. Other development is also happening in Dove Valley.For example, Cityscape at Dove Valley by Richmond American Homes, features modern, three-story homes with low-maintenance outdoor spaces, close to shopping, dining, and the Denver Tech Center. Plus, Dove Valley Regional Park just reopened after an $18 million renovation, doubling its size and adding new trails, a dog park, and picnic areas. These developments are making Dove Valley an even more attractive place to live and work.
