This 50,000-square-foot core and shell building, was completed for a repeat customer in the Colorado Springs market. In addition to the building, Alcorn completed a first-generation tenant finish for Carrier West including retail space, as well as private and open-concept office space, a breakroom, training space, and warehouse.
