GCPay is used when unconditional lien waivers are required by our customer. These are to be completed along with the conditional pay app. Although you will sign the unconditional waiver at the time of submission of your pay app, a watermark will render it unusable by Alcorn until Alcorn releases ACH payment to your bank, at which time the watermark will be released.
