This design-build project, which spans 29.24 acres, includes three buildings designed to accommodate a variety of uses such as manufacturing, assembly, distribution, research and development, and life sciences. Alcorn designed and built several spec suites, and met a tight timeline to relocate a canal that ran through the project site. Each building features dock-high doors, drive-in doors, and ample truck courts, with additional amenities like electric vehicle charging stations, community gathering spaces, and bike racks. The development is strategically located near major transportation routes and prominent companies, making it an attractive location for businesses seeking high-quality industrial space.
