In addition to completing the four building Palm Gateway Logistics Center in Mesa, Arizona, Alcorn completed three speculative suites in three of the four buildings. Each suite has private office space, open office space, conference room, bathrooms, and a breakroom. Additionally, as part of the project, Alcorn finished out the warehouse space.
