This Event Rents TI is a 90,000 square foot project located at Roosevelt and 51st Ave in Phoenix, Arizona. The project included a number of office spaces, conference room, storage spaces, break room, and restrooms, as well as showroom and mockup rooms. Due to time constraints, Alcorn's project team worked closely with the customer, getting approvals so the customer could move and settle into the space before everything was wrapped up.
