Encompass 106 is a 106,000 sf tilt-up industrial building located in the Encompass Business Park in Centennial, CO. The building features space for office/retail as well as warehouse space with drive-in and dock doors, as well as knock-out panels to accommodate more in the future.
Alcorn Construction did another fantastic job with construction of Encompass 106 at the Encompass Business Park. Lisa Kozero was very organized and attentive, making sure every detail of the build was handled from a project management standpoint. As superintendent, John Price continued to prove his reputation as a construction expert that keeps everything in line on his projects. The two of them together ran the project well and made sure it completed on schedule.
