1875 Taylor is a state-of-the-art building in Louisville, Colorado. The building features 24' clear heights, 3.2 parking spaces per 1,000 square feet, a 12'x14' drive in dock and 22 9'x10' docks, an ESFR sprinkler system, and power at 2,000 amps/480 volts. Alcorn constructed the 84K tilt-up core and shell industrial building in the Colorado Technology Center, which was leased by AMP Robotics upon completion.
