This Tenant Finish project was a complete interior gut and remodel to Class A space. We reconfigured an existing vault into restrooms, provided electrical upgrades, constructed glass walls surrounding individual offices and a conference room. Top of the line finishes and new millwork were incorporated throughout along with installation of state-of-the-art security, electronics, and work stations.

Alcorn coordinated with Independent Bank, the design team, and the building owner to provide an aesthetically rich, yet functional space for Independent Bank. Alcorn completed the project on an accelerated schedule so that Independent Bank could open on time.

Additionally, the building’s first floor common area was transformed from a dated space into a new, welcoming interior through renovations and finish upgrades simultaneously completed for the building owner.
