Two-building industrial project in Arvada, Colorado. Both buildings were designed to take advantage of the views to the east and west of the development. The buildings are painted tilt-up concrete with reveals and details, and provide a 24’ interior clear height. Pedestrian connections were also added to encourage use of the nearby light rail station.
