Design-assist on a ground-up, tilt-up, two-story industrial headquarters facility. Assisting with the design early in the process was a value-add enabling a return of savings to Olympic Metals at project completion. Close coordination achieved material and scheduling solutions with owner-provided items, including a bridge crane.
