This project was a design-build delivery, allowing Alcorn Construction to work with the design team to save over $1 million on the project budget, prior to completion of Construction Documents. We worked with the design team to evaluate options for glass, flooring, lighting, a connecting stair, and the MEP systems that allowed Service Systems Associates to meet their intended budget and move forward with the project.
One Central Park is a Class-A, 45,000 sf, three-story tilt-up concrete office building with an extensive glass line–floor to ceiling glass on all four corners–and surface parking at a 4.1/1,000 sf ratio.
